Olu Olasode BSc MSc MBA IPSM FCCA (Managing & Relationship Partner)

Olu is an experienced turnaround and change agent and has delivered on major projects across the public, private and third sectors. He has held a number of UK government ministerial and public appointments, including Chair of Audit & Risk, and Commissioner, with DoH’s Commission for Social Care Inspection; Chair of General Performance and Panel Member with ODPM/DCLG’s Beacons Panel; and, Chair of Audit and Non-executive Director with Bromley NHS PCT. Olu trained as a Chartered Accountant and is a leader in business who now advises many leaders on change and growth.

Ahmed Karolia FCCA (Tax Partner)

Ahmed has extensive general practice experience since 1990 and specialises in accounts preparation, audit, business & personal tax planning and HMRC investigations. His strong technical expertise has earned him a lot of commendations and referrals by a wide range of clients in professional services.

Jerry Akintaro FCCA (Audit Partner)

Jerry has over twenty five years of Audit Practice experience and has been involved with various reforms in Audits and Accountancy. He also has significant experience in providing added value services to audit clients, particularly registered charities and voluntary organisations.

Carol Anne Slater Dip RGN MA DoH Research Fellow (Corporate Strategy Partner)

Carol Anne has an extensive career at CEO level in the NHS and Independent sector. She is recognised for her visionary solutions and service development in complex markets. Carol Anne is a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a persuasive open management style. She has delivered on major strategies in the independent sector and developed corporate support across businesses.

Dr Sola Adesola LLM PhD (Business Strategy Partner)

Sola is a graduate of Cranfield University where she obtained her PhD in Business Process Management. She is a Senior Lecturer at Oxford Brookes University Business School lecturing in international management, strategy and international business law. With over 10 years experience in legal and business matters across businesses and government, Sola now undertakes specialist consultancy, research and training for private and government departments in business/legal issues of international trade and investment.

Linda Phipps (Public Sector Partner)

Linda ("Linn") Phipps has a portfolio career comprising public appointments and consultancy.  Linda's background is in the public sector - transport, local government and health, where she has worked in Non-Executive/Chair and senior management positions, to Executive Director level. She has 17 years' coaching and mentoring experience, and has developed special interests and a track record in: coaching, governance, NED development, performance improvement, "critical friend" challenge - inspection, review and scrutiny.

Stephen Clarke BSc (Charity Partner)

Stephen has significant experience in delivering major organisation programme and reform. As CEO of a multinational non-government organisation, he frequently travels across Africa and Asia and has significant experience of harnessing uncomplicated partnerships.
